Vibrant fried chicken restaurant
Originally from Taiwan, Fried Chicken Master opened another one of their outlets at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya in late April of 2025. The area’s width is 170 square meters, and Yoka was in charge of the design and build work. The design progress began in early January and finished in the middle of February, using the industrial style design as the concept.
As for the construction, it began in March 2025 and finished at the end of April. Galvalume steel, HPL, LED strip lights, dark brown WPC, mirror, yellow granite and expanded metal are some main materials that were used for the construction project with civil, MEP and interior as the scope of work.
The most significant challenge for the team during construction involved the installation of the checkered mirror, which was integrated with HPL. This difficulty arose because achieving a seamless and attractive appearance required precise alignment of the HPL joints with the mirror. In the end, Yoka team managed to finish the project, creating a fried chicken restaurant with a playful and inviting atmosphere.
