Playful and vibrant retail store
In November 2024, Yoka Build completed another project at the newest mall in Bekasi, Pakuwon Mall. The project was constructing the well-known retail store, OH!SOME. With an area of 868 square meters, the team worked on the project from the early month of September with civil and interior works until MEP and data works as their scope of work.
The store design interior is playful with vibrant pastel-colored walls, each different colors on the walls are separated with a black stainless steel trim strip. Aside from trim strips, the other materials that were used are gypsum, blue and white acrylics, grey tiles, mirrors, latex paint as well as duco paint.
Because of the extensive experience in constructing OH!SOME’s stores, Yoka managed to work on the interior efficiently and with great results. The only thing that needed a bit more time and patience to work on was the curve-shaped facade of the store, but at the end the team still successfully crafted the facade part on time, creating a stunning transformation of the finished result.
