Where timeless elegance meets culinary excellence
In November 2024, Yoka Build constructed Prime Angus House, a luxurious and elegant steak restaurant that is located in Plaza Indonesia, South Jakarta. The area of the steakhouse is 203.62 square meters, and the scope of work that was included on the project are interior, civil and furniture work.
Every corner of the restaurant was built with precision and attention to detail, from the intricate patterns to the inviting ambiance, with marble, molding, plywood, gypsum and steel plate as some of the main materials that were used upon construction. The stunning chandeliers as well as black-and-white also supports the interior design to be elegant, promising a special dining experience.
The site’s existing condition is a bit unusual and there are a few curved shapes that must be made by the team, and in order to achieve Prime Angus House’s standard, Yoka’s team is required to do the finishing as neatly as possible. Regardless of those challenges, Yoka Build managed to complete the project in February 2025 with commitment to quality in construction and design.
