RamenYA!, an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant, has broadened its offerings at select locations to include sushi, which makes the title of the name slightly changed into RamenYA! X SushiYA. One of the locations is Emporium Pluit Mall, where Yoka Build helped construct the outlet.

The project began in December 2024, and the team was incharge of the kitchen, highlighting the expertise in civil construction. Multi-colored tiles, fan-patterned tiles, granite, gypsum, and membrane are some of the materials that were needed when working upon the project.

Although the scope of work is only kitchen construction, there were still some challenges for the team, such as the installation of membrane and granite for the swing door. However, the experienced Yoka team readily found optimal solutions through teamwork, as problem-solving is familiar to them, completing the work on time in February 2025.
