Peaceful environment for patients
Yoka Build completed another branch of Sozo Clinic’s construction in July 2024. This time, the dazzling yet soothing clinic is located in Manyar, Surabaya with an area of 310.85 square meters. Being in charge of the civil, interior, MEP as well as furniture work, Yoka’s construction team managed to create organic shapes and flowing curves that has a sense of comfort and fluidity along with curved doors, ceilings and other features that soften the space.
Some of the materials that were used to build the clinic are cement wash wall, HPL and paint that consists of the color blue, gold and white. The dominant white color provides a clean and calming backdrop, while the subtle hint of deep blue adds a touch of sophistication and serenity, creating a harmonious and peaceful environment for patients.
The existing slanted walls and columns were one of the challenges the team faced when working on the construction project because it requires special skills and precision to make them neat as the result. The process of making the concrete stairs was also a challenge because it must follow the building’s structural conditions. Fortunately, those challenges didn’t stop Yoka from giving the best result as usual. In early August 2024, the clinic construction was finished with success.
