Perfect balance of style and efficiency
Yoka Build, known for its experience for the variety of construction projects , accepted the challenge to construct a wide-span building. In April 2024, Yoka constructed TSJ office and warehouse in Semarang with an area of 1794 square meters. Aside from the construction work, the team also worked on the interior work.
The use of steel material in the building structure of the warehouse shows Yoka’s expertise in building construction. For the office, HPL, tiles, cement wash, brilliant white paint and ceramics are some of the materials that were used for the project, creating a seamlessly blended sleek modernity with warm wood accents.
In January 2025, the team finished the construction professionally with a satisfying result although the furniture items in this project are extensive, transforming spaces with elegance and functionality at TSJ office and warehouse. Yoka Build will always be up for another type of construction work, giving the perfect balance of style and efficiency with innovative interior solutions.
