Minimalist-designed and comfortable living space
Yoka Build mostly worked on F&B and retail projects, especially fit-out works. Nevertheless, aside from those two sectors, Yoka also excels in residential projects that include personal architectural and interior design work. A minimalist-designed house, which is located in Wisteria Residence, Jakarta Garden City, is one of the examples. Having a width of 103 square meters, Yoka began to work on the project in February 2023, being in charge of the interior design, construction, MEP as well as lighting.
The stunning residential project features a modern minimalist aesthetic with a monochromatic color scheme of grey and dark wood, complemented by soft lighting so it creates a visually appealing and comfortable living space. Plywood, HPL, cerarl, ceramics and wall paint are the materials that were mainly used in order to build the residence, and Yoka Build managed to complete the Wisteria Residence project in April 2023 to the highest standard.
