A delightful journey into the heart of Japanese cuisine
Yoshinoya, a beloved Japanese restaurant chain, offers a blend of tradition and modernity as their restaurant’s concept. As a fit out specialist with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, Yoka Build was already fully-prepared when they were appointed to undertake the construction of Yoshinoya’s branch at Mall Kelapa Gading 3 in August 2023.
The width of the area is 55,28 square meters, civil as well as furniture interior are the scope of work that the team was working on, while autoclaved aerated concrete block, glass reinforced concrete, hollow blocks and brilliant white paint are the materials that were used to construct the outlet. Aside from white, the color of black and orange acrylic were also used since those were Yoshinoya’s dominant colors.
When working on the project, the installation of the acoustic ceiling was one of the many challenging things to do since the ceiling had to be adjusted with the air conditioning routes inside the building, which happened to be a lot. However, despite the challenges, Yoka Build succeeded to deliver a high-quality project that meets the client’s expectations and adheres to industry standards in September 2023.
