Traditional and adorable Japanese sushi restaurant

Ichiban Sushi is a well-known local sushi restaurant that has more than a hundred outlets in Indonesia and is still expanding even until now. Having a lot of experience in handling Japanese restaurant projects, Yoka Build was excited upon starting a new project with Ichiban Sushi’s team in early February 2024. Civil, interior, and MEP works were the scope of work that the team is in charge of.

The 159 square meters Japanese restaurant that is located in City Plaza Garut has a unique blend of traditional Japanese elements and contemporary design, featuring neon lights, adorable signage, and an elegant combination of woodwork and Japanese rice paper, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers to enjoy their sushi experience.

Ceramic and homogeneous tiles, HPL, milky acrylics, sticker wallpapers as well as wood panels are one of the many materials that were used for the construction. There were some unexpected defect lists and size adjustments for the furniture when the team was working on the project. Nevertheless, the project was finished with great success by Yoka Build in March 2024.
